What will you do during your shift:
- Communicate and assist customers and colleagues via email, chat or phone by using multi channel environment.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction by professionalism and positive attitude
- Be open minded and always thirsty for new knowledge and new goals.
We expect you to have:
- Both English and Russian language skills (written and spoken)is a must on fluent level.
- Previous experience in customer service (preferably in finance sector)
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to wide types of personalities and cultures
- Seeking to resolve problems logically and customer-centric.
- High sense of responsibility and team player
